This permit change request form is for Resident Permit Holders only. Other permit holders can change registrations by logging into MiPermit and clicking on ‘Manage Digital Permit.

To request the vehicle registration to be changed on your permit, please follow the steps below. The Parking Services team will review your evidence prior to the change being made. Please note you cannot park the new vehicle until your request has been accepted.
