Car Park Height Barrier Keys

Once an application has been approved you must make an appointment with the London Borough of Barnet by email Barnetkeys@apcoa.com to arrange a date and time when the key can be collected and returned to Chartwell House, 292-294, Hale Lane, Edgware, HA8 8NP..

Form of Liability

• I acknowledge receipt of the key that is being requested and will ensure the security of the barrier it relates to.

• I agree not to loan, transfer, give possession for misuse, modify or alter the key being requested.

• I agree not to cause, allow or contribute to the making of any unauthorised copies of the key that is being requested.

• I understand that it is my responsibility to immediately return the key being requested within 1 week of the last day of use. Failure to return the key within this period may incur a £100 fine.

• I understand and agree that violation of this agreement or loss and damage to the key will result in me being held responsible for the reasonable expenses of replacing the key and locks at the location that the key is being requested for.

• I understand and agree that the London Borough of Barnet shall be responsible for determining at its absolute discretion the cost I shall pay in replacing the keys at the locations listed above.
