Traders' Daily Parking Permits
You can apply for Traders’ Daily Parking Permits if you:
Carry out work in any of Bristol’s Residents’ Parking Permit scheme areas and you work in one of these trades:
- Aerial installation
- Bathroom fitting
- Building
- Carpentry
- Carpet fitting
- Decorating
- Electrical installation and maintenance
- Gardening
- Gas fitting and installation
- Insulation installation
- Joinery
- Kitchen fitting
- Masonry
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Tiling
- Tree surgery
- Window fitting
You must have a legitimate business need to work in one or more parking scheme areas.
You need to activate your Traders’ Daily Parking Permits when you want to use them:
- in all residents' parking scheme areas but not in the Central Parking Zone
- for one vehicle for one day during the parking scheme's hours of operation
Traders' Daily Parking Permits must be used within 12 months of purchase.
You can buy:
- 25 traders' daily parking permits at a time at a cost of £89
- up to 75 traders' daily parking permits per business year
You will need to upload:
- photograph or scan of your professional indemnity insurance or public liability insurance in the name of the business
- photograph or scan confirming the nature of your trade for example an advert, letterhead, invoice or screenshot of company registration number.
