Mill Road Bus Gate Exemption Application

Eligible NHS Staff

For the purposes of this exemption this is any person employed by the NHS to administer care to individuals in their homes in the defined scheme area. Applications can be made by either an individual or the NHS team.

This exemption needs to be renewed annually.

The carer/NHS team must provide:

• Written evidence from the NHS and this must be verified by their allocated Team Leader or Line Manager

• Vehicle registration number

There is no limit on the number of applications that can be made.
