Eligible Doctors

An 'Eligible Doctor' for the purposes of this exemption is a fully registered doctor (as defined in section 55 of the medical act) who administers care to individuals in their homes in the defined scheme area.

This exemption needs to be renewed annually.

The doctor must provide:

• Written evidence from the medical practice

• Vehicle registration
