Mill Road Bus Gate Exemption Application

Community Transport (including dial-a-ride)

Community Transport' for the purposes of this exemption is any organisation transporting individuals who may not be able to use other means of transport conveniently. Vehicles with over 9 seats (including the driver is considered a minibus and as such do not need this type of exemption.)

This exemption needs to be renewed bi-annually.

The organisation must provide:

• Headed letter describing user's case

• Vehicle registration
