Visitor Medical Permits
We have a two-stage process for this permit.
Before proceeding, please ensure you have a completed Medical Free Visitors Parking Permit application countersigned by your doctor.
If you do not have a completed application form countersigned by your doctor, please return to the Cambridgeshire County Council web page https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/residents/travel-roads-and-parking/parking-services/resident-parking-schemes/cambridge-resident-parking-schemes/cambridge-medical-visitor-parking-permits and print the Medical Free Visitors Parking Permit application form. (This form must be completed fully prior to completing stage 2 of the process). Please complete sections 1-3. Section 4 must be completed and signed by your doctor.
2. Please upload the signed application form, along with a proof of residency:

Please provide one of the following:
- Valid Driving Licence
- Valid Signed Tenancy Agreement (in applicant's name)
- Utility bill dated within 3 months
Proof of Care (Proof Upload 2)
Formats allowed are jpg, png and pdf.
You will receive an email notification to confirm if your application has been successful. Please allow 10 working days for receipt of your parking permits.
