Permit Registration

To purchase these permits we need you to enter your council tax reference number.

If you do not know your council tax reference, for example you are a new tenant or are a student and do not pay council tax, please use the Apply to Register section below. Please note that upon submitting your application to register at a property, this may take a few days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been set up. Once you have received this you will be able to apply for your required permits.
