Most addresses are entitled to two lots of visitor parking permits per year.  Digital Permits give you greater flexibility on how you use your allocation of hours rather than use a one day scratch card for a visit that may only be for a couple of hours or won’t last the whole day.

If you live in a zone that only applies part of the day, any hours you allocate that go beyond your zone’s end time, will be carried over to the start of the next day. You can start digital permits immediately via your account or pre book them. You simply need to know the registration number of the person who will be visiting and add that on your account register to start the permit. Digital visitor parking permits can be refunded if you change address and have unused hours on your account.

The per year period runs from date of purchasing an allocation or book of parking permits for 365 days.
