Health and Home Care Virtual Permit

Health and home care virtual permits are valid for use in:

• Resident permit bays
• On street pay and display bays
• On single yellow lines
• School Street Access all Zones

To apply for a health and home care virtual permit you will need:

• A MiPermit Account (you’ll be asked to create an account before completing your application)
• An up to date job profile and person specification
• A copy of the hire/lease agreement or proof of vehicle ownership such as a V5C
• A copy of the insurance document in your name showing business use
• A letter of authorisation on headed paper from your line manager
• Debit/credit card account to make payment
