Foster Carer Virtual Permit

The foster carer virtual parking permit is intended for use by Havering in-house foster carers, as recognition of the importance their role has for meeting the needs of looked after children in Havering.

Foster carer virtual permits are valid for use in:

• Residents permit bays
• Off-street council car parks

Before you start, you need:

• A MiPermit Account (you’ll be asked to create an account before completing your application)
• A copy of your vehicle log book (V5C) and;
• A copy of your vehicle insurance
