Personal Assistant Virtual Permit

The personal assistant virtual permit is for self-employed health care professionals working in partnership with Adult Social Care for the London Borough of Havering.

Personal assistant virtual permits are valid for use in:

• Residents permit bays
• On-street pay & display bays
• Single yellow lines

Before you start, you need:

• A MiPermit Account (you’ll be asked to create an account before completing your application)
• An email from your line manager confirming your employment as a personal assistant with the London Borough of Havering
