Residents living within a controlled parking zone can apply for permits for use in resident or shared use parking bays for all of the occupants of their household.

Residents living within a controlled parking zone can apply for visitor permits valid for use in resident or shared use parking bays.

Business Virtual Permit
Registered businesses in Havering may qualify for a business permit. This permit allows parking in marked business bays, shared use business, resident permit bays and permit holder only bays.

Registered businesses in Havering that qualify for a business permit are entitled to business visitor permits. This permit allows for parking in marked business bays, shared use business, resident permit bays and permit holder only bays.

Parking Dispensation
Parking dispensations can be used by trade’s people who require a parking dispensation for a parking bay, pay and display bay or to allow parking on a single yellow line.

For customers who require long term parking in council run car parks.

For customers who require long term on street parking in specific streets in Romford close to Queens hospital.

For foster carers employed by The London Borough of Havering.

Health and Home Care Virtual Permit
For Doctors, Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives and medical professionals including professional Home Care workers employed by an organisation recognised by the Local Authority or NHS.

Domestic Carer Virtual Permit
Residents who live in a controlled parking zone and need home visits from an unregistered carer can apply for a carers parking permit.

Carer School Street Access Virtual Permit
For registered or unregistered carers requiring access to a property within a school street zone during the times the roads are closed to through traffic.

Personal Assistant Virtual Permit
For self-employed health care professionals working in partnership with Adult Social Care.

Staff Virtual Parking Permit
Available for all council staff who want to park for 5 working days a week and have payment deducted from their salary. Not for staff who wish to park for less than 5 working days a week.

Staff Flexible Virtual Parking Permit
Available for all council staff who want to pay for parking on an ad hoc basis or without salary deductions.

Critical Duty Virtual Permit
For staff who need to park on or off street while undertaking essential duties as part of their role.

Cabinet Member Virtual Permit
For Cabinet Members to park in designated parking spaces throughout the borough when carrying out essential duties.

Ward Member Virtual Permit
For Ward Members to park in designated parking spaces throughout the Ward to which they are elected when carrying out essential duties.
