My road is not on the drop-down list for a resident permit

If your road is outside the Controlled Parking Zone in Bognor Regis you cannot apply for a resident permit. If your road is within the Controlled Parking Zone and not on the drop down list please contact Arun District Council by calling 01903 737655


I have purchased a visitor permit - what do I do now?

The visitor permit requires activation to be valid for use. Once you have purchased a visitor permit, you can find it in the ‘Manage Permit’ section in your MiPermit account. Here you can add your visitor’s registration number and arrival time that you would like the visitor permit to start from.


I need to buy or renew a healthcare permit

Healthcare permits are not currently virtual, and you will need to purchase or renewal directly with Arun District Council. More information can be found on their website here: Healthcare permits | Arun District Council


Do I need to display anything in my windscreen?

All permits purchased via MiPermit are virtual and nothing is required to be displayed in the vehicle. If however you still have a physical paper permit which is in date this will need to be displayed in the windscreen of the vehicle when parking in permit holder bays.


I have submitted my permit application - what now?

Your application will require approval. Once approved you will receive an email from MiPermit confirming this. If your application is rejected, you will receive an email stating this and the reason why it was rejected.
