This permit change request form is for Resident Permit Holders only. Other permit holders can change registrations by logging into MiPermit and clicking on ‘Manage Digital Permit.

To request for your VRM to be changed/updated or to add a new VRM to the list of activatable VRM’s on your existing resident permit, please choose the correct option below from the drop-down list. Your application will be reviewed and your evidence checked prior to the change being made. Please note you cannot park the new vehicle until your request has been accepted and you have received email confirmation.
