Staff Permits

Staff parking permits are valid for use in various car parking locations across Hull City Council. Please refer to your specific permit for the valid parking locations.

Help Applying for your Staff Permit

Once logged in, you will be able to purchase the correct permit type that have been authorised to purchase on your MiPermit account.

Choose whether or not you want your permit to renew automatically and select the logged in user, or add another person as the permit owner.

Choose to finish the application now to activate your permit, or add to your basket to check out at your convenience.

Enter the billing address and email address if this isn’t already populated with details provide. The email address within the Billing details section will be used for payment receipts and permit purchase confirmation. Make sure you enter your email address here within the Billing details.

Managing your Staff Permit

You can edit the vehicle registrations on your staff permit at any time under the 'Manage Digital Permits' section. You can do this in several ways:

  • Login to MiPermit Staff portal, select ‘Manage Digital Permits, and choose the permit you want to update and select 'Edit Registration' to change the any of the vehicles registration.
  • Login to the MiPermit smartphone app, select Permits from the menu, then choose the permit you want to update. Select 'Edit' to change any of the vehicles registrations.
