Blue Badge Access Permit

Healthy School Streets Access Permits are free for individuals who can outline the necessity to enter a healthy school street during the restriction times. Low Traffic Neighbourhood Access permits are for badge holders who reside within a zone where a Blue badge exemption is in effect. These Access Permits will require evidence to be provided and approved before the permit will be active. Access permit will require yearly renewals.
