MiPermit's Cashless Parking and Permits web application is designed to be run on modern internet browsers that support the latest technologies as set out by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) who promote web standards and best practice for designing web sites and web applications.

Compatibility Mode?

Some versions Internet Explorer can be set to use "Compatibility Mode" which was designed to support older web sites in the then newer versions of IE, however this can at times cause problems.

If you are using Internet Explorer version 8.0 or above, but you see this message (and it states above that you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7) then your browser is incorrectly reporting itself as an older version. You will need turn off "Compatibility Mode" or set your "Browser Mode" to the version which matches your browser version to use this site.

Reset PIN and Unlock Account

If you have forgotten your PIN or need to unlock your account, please use this form to have a new PIN sent to you. This will be a randomly generated PIN which you can change to a memorable PIN once logged in to your account.

At the same time as resetting your PIN, if your account is locked it will become unlocked and ready to use with your new PIN.
