What we collect

  • Contact information including email address and telephone numbers.
  • Parking location information and dates and times of events.
  • Payment card information which is used to process parking/permit transactions on our portals. We do not store payment card information.
  • Residential information (such as your address and postcode) may be required in order that we can provide you with services such as residential parking permits.
What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Communicate with you about your account.
  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • Payment details are not stored by our systems other than the last four digits of the card number and the expiry date which may be used to confirm we are in contact with the account holder should this be required.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We employ the services of a number of security specialist companies that check our services for any issues so we can proactively monitor our infrastructure and ensure the safety of your data.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee may be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us at our head office address.
