Some versions Internet Explorer can be set to use "Compatibility Mode" which was designed to support older web sites in the then newer versions of IE, however this can at times cause problems.
If you are using Internet Explorer version 8.0 or above, but you see this message (and it states above that you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7) then your browser is incorrectly reporting itself as an older version. You will need turn off "Compatibility Mode" or set your "Browser Mode" to the version which matches your browser version to use this site.
