Logging into an account

From the home page (https://secure.mipermit.com/LBWFPERMITS/Application/home.aspx), you will have the option to log in to your account with your Email/Phone Number.

Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to access your permits and manage your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Forgotten Password button to request a temporary password.

Sign up for an account

You will have two ways to sign up for an account:

• From the Register page: https://secure.mipermit.com/LBWFPERMITS/Register/Register.aspx

• From the Buy Digital Permit page: https://secure.mipermit.com/LBWFPERMITS/Application/ModuleLander.aspx?C=1

If you sign up from the Register page, you will only need to provide an email address and then set a password to create your account. This can be used if you are not looking to purchase a permit straight away, or if you are not registering your account to an address.

If you sign up through the Buy Digital Permits page, you will first need to select the relevant permit, for example, ‘Resident Permit’, where you will then be prompted to search for your address to begin registering your account, which will attach the account to your property.

Once you have found your address, you will be taken to the Account Registration page. From here, you can sign up with an email address and/or a telephone number, then set a password for your account.
