Purchasing Permits

These can be purchased by selecting Buy Digital Permits and selecting Maintenance Permits For Landlords/Letting Agents. Visitor Permits & New Visitor can be purchased in bundles of 10. You can select the relevant option for you (Agent or Landlord) by clicking on the Permit Type box.

Both maintenance permit types are paper permits which are printed and posted to you by Leicester City Council. Should you have not received any purchased permits after 10 working days, please contact Leicester City Council directly.

Visitor permits reallocate based on the date and amount purchased in the previous year, so for example, if you were to purchase 30 permits today, they would not be available again until this date the following year. You can view your purchase dates via the Payment History section of your account.
