Residents living in a residents parking scheme can apply for permits. Four residents parking permits are permitted per property.

Residents and Students living in a residents parking scheme can apply for an Annual Visitor permit. Only one Annual Visitor permit is permitted per property. An Annual Visitor permit is free for those over state pension age and those who require regular carer attendance.

New residents to a property situated in a permit zone with limited residency proofs available can apply for a New Resident Scratchcards bundle.

Can only be applied for once.

Complete your visitor permits application and submit your proofs of residency or being a student. Once approved you will be eligible to purchase virtual visitor permits (Previously known as visitor scratchcard permits).

This application isn't required if you have active Resident, Student or Annual Visitor Permits.

Businesses in a residents parking scheme can apply for permits with a fixed or variable registration number. A maximum of four business permits is permitted per property.

Businesses may apply for 30 maintenance permits. A maximum of 30 maintenance permits is permitted per annum.

Landlords/estate agents may apply for maintenance permits. A maximum of 30 maintenance permits is permitted per annum.

Residents and Businesses can request a change of vehicle. This is free to residents however there is a £10 charge for a request to change the vehicle on a business permit.
