Waiver Permits
Purchasing Permits
To purchase a waiver, select Buy Digital Permits and select the Waiver Permit option. Waiver Permits are street/car park specific, you would need to select the town via the Area Filter at which point you can select the available streets/car parks via the Location Filter option.
Waiver Permits can cover different areas of a street, select the Permit Type box to select the relevant option for your works.
These purchases require information on the types of work being carried out by completing the Application Notes section of the purchase page.
Please note: Permit reviews are undertaken by Shropshire Council. Should a permit be rejected, you will need to reapply in the same manner as you had done so. Transactions made are cancelled if a permit is rejected, meaning it will return to your available balance. Timescale for this depends on your bank/card provider.

Amending A Registration
To change a registration on your permit, log in to your account and select Manage Digital Permits. Click on the car park operator and click on the current active permit.
The permit details will be displayed below, where you can select Edit Registration. Update as required and click Save Details. This will immediately amend the registration on the permit. For any changes required in advance, please contact MiPermit to schedule a change for a future date.
