Air B’n’B  & Guest House Account / Purchase Guest Visitor Permits

If you have an Air BnB or guest house with the CPZ you can apply for an Air BnB/ Guest House account which will allow you to purchase visitor permits for your guests.

To apply for an account, you will need to provide evidence that your property in an Air BnB or a Guesthouse with your application.

If you application is approved, you will be able to purchase visitor permits to activate for you guests as per the Visitor permit instructions.

To apply for an AirBnB & Guest House account

Select the following options:

  • Permit type- Air BnB & Guest House Permit application- All Zones

Evidence required

Please upload the following:

  • evidence of owner’ship for each Air B’n’B premises to be added to your account

Permit Owner details

  • Enter the owner of the permit
  • Complete the permit owner’s details

Add to Basket – if you wish to buy more permits

Finish – There is no payment required to apply for an Air BnB account. If your account is approved, you will be able to purchase and activate visitor permits for your guests for permit bays in the air bnb/ guesthouse zone only.

 

Important

When the application has been submitted you will receive an email notification to advise the application has been made.

You will receive a further email to confirm if the application has been approved or rejected.

If the application has been approved, you will be able to purchase and activate visitor permits as shown in the visitor permit section of this guide.

If the application has been rejected, please check the reason for the rejection in the email and re-apply if necessary.
