Suspensions
Both Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council offer Suspension Permits.
These permits are town, street, duration and bay specific.
To purchase select:
Area filter: Adur or Worthing
Location Filter: The location required for the suspension
Permit Type: The number of days the suspension is required for
Date and Duration: Enter the start date of the suspension
Number of bays required: enter the number bays required.
Please note, one bay is equal to 10 metres in length (approximately 2 car lengths)
For Worthing Borough Council suspensions inside the CPZ please also complete the following boxes
- How many of these bays are limited waiting bays
- How many of these bays are charged (Pay and Display or Permit bays)
Application notes: Please enter information on the types of work being carried out and provide the vehicle registrations of any vehicles required to park in the suspension.
Registrations cannot be changed on an active permit, you will need to ensure that the registration is correct.
Permit costs are available once the number of bays and bay type has been selected.
Important
When payment has been made you will receive an email notification to advise the purchase has been made.
You will receive a further email to confirm if the purchase has been approved or rejected.
If the purchase has been approved you will be able to view and manage the permit in the ‘Manage Digital Permits’ section of your account.
If the purchase has been rejected, please check the reason for the rejection in the email and re-apply if necessary. Please note the payment will not be taken if your application has been rejected however this may show as ‘pending’ with your bank/card provider.
