Elected Councillor Virtual Permits

A Cabinet and Ward Member virtual parking permit is valid for use by currently elected Councillors and allows for short term parking while carrying out essential duties on behalf of the London Borough of Havering.

The Cabinet Member virtual parking permit is valid for use throughout the London Borough of Havering.

The Ward Member virtual parking permit is valid for use only in the Ward the Member is elected to.

All Cabinet and Ward Members are permitted to park in the Town Hall car park (A) outside the main entrance accessed through the barrier entry.

This virtual parking permit allows parking in the following areas only:

  • Residents permit bays
  • On-street pay and display bays
  • Shared use resident and pay and display bays
  • Council owned car parks, excluding staff and public car parks at the Town Hall
